Flow-cytometry using anti-Human CD185/CXCR5 antibody. 293T cells transfected with CD185/CXCR5 (Red Histogram) or Empty vector (Yellow Histogram) with an anti-human CD185/CXCR5 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog #HB160107) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a AF647 conjugated Goat anti-Mouse antibody and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer. |
