Flow cytometry validation of a BAFFR stable cell line using Ianalumab-APC. Human BAFFR-stable cells were incubated with APC-labeled Ianalumab (5 µg/ml) for 30 minutes at room temperature. After washing, cells were analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer. APC-positive signal (yellow histogram) indicates specific binding of Ianalumab to BAFFR, whereas unstained cells (blue histogram) serve as a negative control, confirming surface expression of human BAFFR. |
