Fondo	B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 (MS4A1) is a ~31 kDa protein. B-lymphocyte-specific membrane protein that plays a role in the regulation of cellular calcium influx necessary for the development, differentiation, and activation of B-lymphocytes. Functions as a store-operated calcium (SOC) channel component promoting calcium influx after activation by the B-cell receptor/BCR. CD20 is the therapeutic target of rituximab (MabThera) and obinutuzumab (Gazyva).

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-Mouse CD20 antibody.CD20 Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-Mouse CD20 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MY257107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
