| 背景 | Phosphoprotein is a ~32 kDa protein. Nonenzymatic cofactor regulating the function and conformation of the RNA polymerase and part of the transcription and replication complex. Binds the viral ribonucleocapsid and positions the L polymerase on the template. Acts as a chaperone for newly synthesized free N protein, so-called N(0). Plays a role in virion assembly. 1.
