Contexte

Cobalamin binding intrinsic factor (CBLIF) is a ~45 kDa protein. Promotes absorption of the essential vitamin cobalamin (Cbl) in the ileum. After interaction with CUBN, the CBLIF-cobalamin complex is internalized via receptor-mediated endocytosis.
