Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Фон

Phosphoprotein is a ~32 kDa protein. Nonenzymatic cofactor regulating the function and conformation of the RNA polymerase and part of the transcription and replication complex. Binds the viral ribonucleocapsid and positions the L polymerase on the template. Acts as a chaperone for newly synthesized free N protein, so-called N(0). Plays a role in virion assembly.
