Protein canopy homolog 2 (CNPY2) is a ~20 kDa protein. Positive regulator of neurite outgrowth by stabilizing myosin regulatory light chain (MRLC). It prevents MIR-mediated MRLC ubiquitination and its subsequent proteasomal degradation.
