Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store at 4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Store at -20°C 12 months. Store at -80°C long term.

Фон

Major surface glycoprotein G is a ~32 kDa protein. Attaches the virion to the host cell membrane by interacting with heparan sulfate, initiating the infection. Interacts with host CX3CR1, the receptor for the CX3C chemokine fractalkine, to modulate the immune response and facilitate infection. Unlike the other paramyxovirus attachment proteins, lacks both neuraminidase and hemagglutinating activities (Probable).
