Фон	Pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide type I receptor (ADCYAP1R1) is a ~53 kDa protein. G protein-coupled receptor activated by the neuropeptide pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide (ADCYAP1/PACAP). Binds both PACAP27 and PACAP38 bioactive peptides. Ligand binding causes a conformation change that triggers signaling via guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) and modulates the activity of downstream effectors. Activates cAMP-dependent pathway. May regulate the release of adrenocorticotropin, luteinizing hormone, growth hormone, prolactin, epinephrine, and catecholamine. 1. Wang, J. et al. Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using FITC anti-human ADCYAP1R1 antibody. SH-SY5Y cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an APC anti-human ADCYAP1R1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HW609117, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
