SDS-PAGE for Anti-Human ADGRE1/EMR1/F4/80 Antibody (SAA0811).
Flow-cytometry using APC anti-human EMR1 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an APC anti-human EMR1 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HC268013) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
