Contexte	Anti-Muellerian hormone type-2 receptor (AMHR2) is a ~62 kDa protein. On ligand binding, forms a receptor complex consisting of two type II and two type I transmembrane serine/threonine kinases. Type II receptors phosphorylate and activate type I receptors which autophosphorylate, then bind and activate SMAD transcriptional regulators. Receptor for anti-Muellerian hormone.
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.

Flow cytometry

Flow-cytometry FITC using anti-human AMHR2 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an FITC anti-human AMHR2 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HS882217) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
