Fondo	Integrin alpha-E (CD103/ITGAE) is a ~130 kDa protein. Integrin ITGAE/ITGB7 (alpha-E/beta-7) is a receptor for E-cadherin. It mediates adhesion of intra-epithelial T-lymphocytes to epithelial cell monolayers.
Nota	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
