Contexte	B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 (MS4A1) is a ~33 kDa protein. B-lymphocyte-specific membrane protein that plays a role in the regulation of cellular calcium influx necessary for the development, differentiation, and activation of B-lymphocytes. Functions as a store-operated calcium (SOC) channel component promoting calcium influx after activation by the B-cell receptor/BCR. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using APC anti-Human CD20 antibody. Daudi cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Red Histogram) or an APC anti-Human CD20 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HY257537 , Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
