Catalyzes the flop of phospholipids from the cytoplasmic to the exoplasmic leaflet of the apical membrane. Participates mainly to the flop of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, beta-D-glucosylceramides and sphingomyelins. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD243 antibody.RPMI-8226 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD243 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HY466207 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
