| Contexte | Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 14 (CD270/TNFRSF14) is a ~30 kDa protein. Receptor for four distinct ligands: The TNF superfamily members TNFSF14/LIGHT and homotrimeric LTA/lymphotoxin-alpha and the immunoglobulin superfamily members BTLA and CD160, altogether defining a complex stimulatory and inhibitory signaling network. Signals via the TRAF2-TRAF3 E3 ligase pathway to promote immune cell survival and differentiation. Participates in bidirectional cell-cell contact signaling between antigen presenting cells and lymphocytes. In response to ligation of TNFSF14/LIGHT, delivers costimulatory signals to T cells, promoting cell proliferation and effector functions. Interacts with CD160 on NK cells, enhancing IFNG production and anti-tumor immune response. 1. Tamada, K. et al. (2000) Journal of immunology (Baltimore, Md. : 1950) 164, 4105-10. PMID: 10754304 2. | Note | For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only. |

Flow-cytometry FITC using anti-human CD270 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an FITC anti-human CD270 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HV480117) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
