Contexte

Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 5 (CD40/TNFRSF5) is a ~30 kDa protein. Receptor for TNFSF5/CD40LG. Transduces TRAF6- and MAP3K8-mediated signals that activate ERK in macrophages and B cells, leading to induction of immunoglobulin secretion.

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD40 antibody. U2OS cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD40 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HB782023, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
