Contexte

ATP-dependent RNA helicase DHX8 (DDX8) is a ~139 kDa protein. Involved in pre-mRNA splicing as component of the spliceosome. Facilitates nuclear export of spliced mRNA by releasing the RNA from the spliceosome.
