Contexte	Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3 ligand/FLT3LG) is a ~26 kDa protein. Stimulates the proliferation of early hematopoietic cells by activating FLT3. Synergizes well with a number of other colony stimulating factors and interleukins. Required for the development of B cells, and dendritic cells (DCs).
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
