| 背景 | Interleukin-22 receptor subunit alpha-2 (IL22RA2) is a ~30 kDa protein. Isoform 2 is a receptor for IL22. Binds to IL22, prevents interaction with the functional IL-22R complex and blocks the activity of IL22 (in vitro). May play an important role as an IL22 antagonist in the regulation of inflammatory responses. | ||||||||

HepG2 cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes, followed by blocking with 5% goat serum for 1 hour. The cells were then incubated with a primary antibody targeting IL22RA2 (HV100014) at a concentration of 29.2 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Afterward, the cells were incubated with a secondary antibody, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor-488) for 50 minutes at room temperature. The localization of IL22RA2 was visualized (shown in green), and nuclear DNA was stained with DAPI (shown in blue).
