Фон	Interleukin-34 (IL34) is a ~27 kDa protein. Cytokine that promotes the proliferation, survival and differentiation of monocytes and macrophages. Promotes the release of pro-inflammatory chemokines, and thereby plays an important role in innate immunity and in inflammatory processes. Plays an important role in the regulation of osteoclast proliferation and differentiation, and in the regulation of bone resorption. Signaling via CSF1R and its downstream effectors stimulates phosphorylation of MAPK1/ERK2 AND MAPK3/ERK1.

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human IL34 antibody.K562 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human IL34 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV955107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
