Contexte

Protein phosphatase 1F (PPM1F) is a ~49 kDa protein. Dephosphorylates and concomitantly deactivates CaM-kinase II activated upon autophosphorylation, and CaM-kinases IV and I activated upon phosphorylation by CaM-kinase kinase. Promotes apoptosis.
