Contexte

Starch-binding domain-containing protein 1 (STBD1) is a ~39 kDa protein. Acts as a cargo receptor for glycogen. Delivers its cargo to an autophagic pathway called glycophagy, resulting in the transport of glycogen to lysosomes.
