Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Фон

Non-structural protein ORF4b is a ~28 kDa protein. Plays a role in the inhibition of host innate immunity by inhibiting the interaction between host IKBKE and MAVS. In turn, this inhibition prevents the production of host interferon beta. Additionally, inhibits host NF-kappa-B by interacting with host KPNA4 and thereby preventing the translocation of the NF-kappa-B complex into the nucleus by this importin.
