Contexte	Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase C (CD45/PTPRC) is a ~144 kDa protein. Protein tyrosine-protein phosphatase required for T-cell activation through the antigen receptor. Acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation upon binding to DPP4. The first PTPase domain has enzymatic activity, while the second one seems to affect the substrate specificity of the first one. Upon T-cell activation, recruits and dephosphorylates SKAP1 and FYN. Dephosphorylates LYN, and thereby modulates LYN activity.

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-mouse CD45 antibody.Raw264.7 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-mouse CD45 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # MY195107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
