Фон	CD70 antigen is a ~21 kDa protein. Expressed at the plasma membrane of B cells, it is the ligand of the CD27 receptor which is specifically expressed at the surface of T cells. The CD70-CD27 signaling pathway mediates antigen-specific T cell activation and expansion which in turn provides immune surveillance of B cells.
Примечание	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
