Contexte

Large ribosomal subunit protein uL11 (RPL12) is a ~17 kDa protein. Component of the large ribosomal subunit. The ribosome is a large ribonucleoprotein complex responsible for the synthesis of proteins in the cell. Binds directly to 26S ribosomal RNA.
