Contexte

Tomoregulin-2 (TMEFF2) is a ~41 kDa protein. May be a survival factor for hippocampal and mesencephalic neurons. The shedded form up-regulates cancer cell proliferation, probably by promoting ERK1/2 phosphorylation.
