Plays a crucial role in the proliferation, differentiation and survival of cells along the neutrophilic lineage. In addition it may function in some adhesion or recognition events at the cell surface.

Flow cytometry

Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD114 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
