Фон	C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CD185/CXCR5) is a ~41 kDa protein. Cytokine receptor that binds to B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC). Involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles of spleen and Peyer patches but not into those of mesenteric or peripheral lymph nodes. May have a regulatory function in Burkitt lymphoma (BL) lymphomagenesis and/or B-cell differentiation.
Примечание	For research use only. This stable cell line expresses GFP as a reporter marker. GFP is expressed independently of the target protein and is not fused to the target protein.

Flow cytometry

Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CXCR5 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
