Contexte

B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 (MS4A1) is a ~33 kDa protein. B-lymphocyte-specific membrane protein that plays a role in the regulation of cellular calcium influx necessary for the development, differentiation, and activation of B-lymphocytes. Functions as a store-operated calcium (SOC) channel component promoting calcium influx after activation by the B-cell receptor/BCR. CD20 is the therapeutic target of rituximab (MabThera) and obinutuzumab (Gazyva).

    Flow cytometry

Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD20 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
