Fondo	Nectin-4 (NECTIN4/PVRL4) is a ~55 kDa protein. Seems to be involved in cell adhesion through trans-homophilic and -heterophilic interactions, the latter including specifically interactions with NECTIN1. Does not act as receptor for alpha-herpesvirus entry into cells. NECTIN4 is the therapeutic target of enfortumab vedotin (Padcev).

Flow cytometry

Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human Nectin-4 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
