| 背景 | ADP-ribose glycohydrolase MACROD2 is a ~47 kDa protein. Removes ADP-ribose from aspartate and glutamate residues in proteins bearing a single ADP-ribose moiety. Inactive towards proteins bearing poly-ADP-ribose.
