ANB032 reduces T cell proliferation and secretion of IFN-γ, IL-5, IL-13, and IL-17A, and downregulates BTLA expression during T cell stimulation in PBMCs [1]. ANB032 reduces T cell expansion, plasma inflammatory cytokines, and demonstrates in vivo efficacy in the humanized GvHD mouse model [1]. |

| Contexte | B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator (CD272/BTLA) is a ~32 kDa protein. Inhibitory receptor on lymphocytes that negatively regulates antigen receptor signaling via PTPN6/SHP-1 and PTPN11/SHP-2. May interact in cis (on the same cell) or in trans (on other cells) with TNFRSF14. In cis interactions, appears to play an immune regulatory role inhibiting in trans interactions in naive T cells to maintain a resting state. In trans interactions, can predominate during adaptive immune response to provide survival signals to effector T cells. 1. Watanabe, N. et al. (2003) Nature immunology 4, 670-9. PMID: 12796776 2. Detects Recombinant Human CD272/BTLA Protein, C-His (Cat No.: HV375011) in indirect ELISA.

SDS-PAGE for Research Grade Anti-Human CD272/BTLA (ANB032).

Flow-cytometry APC using anti-human CD272 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an APC anti-human CD272 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HV375036) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow-cytometry PE using anti-human CD272 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an PE anti-human CD272 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HV375036) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow-cytometry FITC using anti-human CD272 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an FITC anti-human CD272 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HV375036) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
