AGS-1C4D4 binds to PSCA with a K d of 0.2 nM, displaying similar binding affinity to the hybridoma-derived AGS-PSCA antibody [1]. AGS-1C4D4 significantly inhibits established pancreatic tumor growth and metastasis in orthotopic HPAC xenograft models when combined with Gemcitabine (), and also significantly inhibits pancreatic tumor formation, local invasion, and distant metastasis in the same orthotopic xenograft model [1].
