배경	Thyrotropin receptor (TSHR/LGR3) is a ~86 kDa protein. Receptor for the thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) or thyrotropin (1,2). Also acts as a receptor for the heterodimeric glycoprotein hormone (GPHA2:GPHB5) or thyrostimulin (2). TSHR is coupled to G(s) proteins and mediates the activation of adenylate cyclase (1,3,4). This leads to the generation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), which in turn activates protein kinase A (PKA). PKA subsequently phosphorylates downstream targets involved in thyroid hormone biosynthesis and secretion, including thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and the sodium/iodide symporter (NIS) (5). References: 1. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human TSHR antibody. Human Jurkat cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human TSHR antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB852107 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
