abinScience offers a 6-month Product Performance Guarantee on all antibodies and reagents. If a product fails to perform as specified in the official datasheet, customers may receive a free replacement or functionally equivalent alternative within 6 months from delivery, subject to validation and submission of a complete Experimental Feedback Form. Physical damage or labeling errors must be reported within 3 business days. No returns or refunds are accepted for ordering errors or changes in demand. All claims are processed through authorized distributors and resolved via replacement or Credit Note only — no cash refunds.
