배경	Tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type substrate 1 (CD172a/SIRPA) is a ~54 kDa protein. Immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor for CD47. Acts as docking protein and induces translocation of PTPN6, PTPN11 and other binding partners from the cytosol to the plasma membrane. Supports adhesion of cerebellar neurons, neurite outgrowth and glial cell attachment. May play a key role in intracellular signaling during synaptogenesis and in synaptic function. Involved in the negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled cellular responses induced by cell adhesion, growth factors or insulin. 1. Yao, M. et al. 참고사항	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.

Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using APC anti-human CD172a antibody. U937 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an APC anti-human CD172a monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HX892137, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
