배경	Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 17 (CD269/BCMA) is a ~20 kDa protein. Receptor for TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF and TNFSF13/APRIL. Promotes B-cell survival and plays a role in the regulation of humoral immunity. Activates NF-kappa-B and JNK. CD269 is the therapeutic target of teclistamab (Tecvayli).
참고사항	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
