Fondo

P-selectin glycoprotein ligand 1 (CD162/SELPLG) is a ~43 kDa protein. A SLe(x)-type proteoglycan, which through high affinity, calcium-dependent interactions with E-, P- and L-selectins, mediates rapid rolling of leukocytes over vascular surfaces during the initial steps in inflammation. Critical for the initial leukocyte capture.

Flow cytometry

Flow-cytometry using APC anti-human CD162 antibody. Jurkat cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an APC anti-human CD162 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HC298013, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
