Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 9 (CD137/4-1BB) is a ~27 kDa protein. Receptor for TNFSF9/4-1BBL. Conveys a signal that enhances CD8(+) T-cell survival, cytotoxicity, and mitochondrial activity, thereby promoting immunity against viruses and tumors.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence staining of HDLM2 with Mouse monoclonal antibody (20ug/ml, overnight at 4°C), followed by Alexa Fluor-488-conjugated secondary antibody (6.5ug/ml, 50minutes at room temperature). The target protein was detected in the cell membrane.
