Contexte	Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor 3DL2 (CD158k/KIR3DL2) is a ~50 kDa protein. Receptor on natural killer (NK) cells and T cells for MHC class I molecules. Upon binding of peptide-free HLA-F open conformer, negatively regulates NK and T cell effector functions. Acts as a receptor on astrocytes for HLA-F. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using APC anti-human CD158k antibody. Untransfected (Blue Histogram) or Transfected 293T cells (Red Histogram) were stained with an APC anti-human CD158k antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HW633137) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
