Which antibody clone is recommended for SARS-CoV-2 RBD detection by ELISA?
For sandwich ELISA, we recommend pairing clone CR3022 (Cat# VK565043) as capture antibody with a polyclonal anti-RBD detection antibody. CR3022 recognizes a conserved epitope on RBD and cross-reacts with multiple SARS-CoV-2 variants. For variant-specific detection, clones such as REGN10933 and S309 provide complementary epitope coverage.
