안정성 및 저장

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

배경

GTP:AMP phosphotransferase AK3, mitochondrial is a ~25 kDa protein. Mitochondrial adenylate kinase with a specific GTP:AMP phosphotransferase activity. Could also use ITP as phosphate donor. Its physiological function is to recycle GTP into GDP which is necessary for the TCA cycle in the mitochondrial matrix (Probable).
