| 배경 | Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III-B (CD16b/FCGR3B) is a ~26 kDa protein. Receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma. Low affinity receptor. Binds complexed or aggregated IgG and also monomeric IgG. Contrary to III-A, is not capable to mediate antibody-dependent cytotoxicity and phagocytosis. May serve as a trap for immune complexes in the peripheral circulation which does not activate neutrophils. |

Flow-cytometry PE using anti-human CD16A antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an PE anti-human CD16A monoclonal antibody (Catalog HF886127) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
