| 배경 | Hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen CD34 is a ~40 kDa protein. Possible adhesion molecule with a role in early hematopoiesis by mediating the attachment of stem cells to the bone marrow extracellular matrix or directly to stromal cells. Could act as a scaffold for the attachment of lineage specific glycans, allowing stem cells to bind to lectins expressed by stromal cells or other marrow components. Presents carbohydrate ligands to selectins. |

SEC-HPLC detection for Anti-Human CD34 Antibody (My10).
Detects CD34 in indirect ELISAs.
Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD34 antibody. Human MOLT-4 cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human CD34 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB766107 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a CoraLite488 conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690314) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD34 antibody. KG-1 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD34 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HB766107, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
