| 배경 | Leukocyte antigen CD37 (TSPAN26) is a ~31 kDa protein. Structural component of specialized membrane microdomains known as tetraspanin-enriched microdomains (TERMs), which act as platforms for receptor clustering and signaling. Participates thereby in diverse biological functions such as cell signal transduction, adhesion, migration and protein trafficking. Upon ligand binding, two signaling pathways are activated, one acting through phosphorylation by LYN leading to cell death or a survival pathway with activation of GSK3B. Plays an essential role essential for clustering of integrin ITGA4/ITGB1 and promotes its mobility in the plasma membrane of B-cells. SEC-HPLC detection for Anti-Human CD37/TSPAN26 Antibody (HH1).
Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD37 antibody. U937 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD37 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HY564107, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CD37/TSPAN26 monoclonal antibody at 1μg/ml on various samples.
