Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CNR1 monoclonal antibody at 1ug/mL on various samples.
Lane 1: recombinant human CNR1 (Catalog No: HB822012)
Immunofluorescence staining of SHSY5Y with Alpaca monoclonal antibody (20ug/ml, overnight at 4°C), followed by Alexa Fluor-488-conjugated secondary antibody (6.5ug/ml, 50minutes at room temperature). The target protein was detected in the Cell membrane，Cytoplasm.
