안정성 및 저장

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

배경

Succinate dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur subunit, mitochondrial (SDHB) is a ~31 kDa protein. Iron-sulfur protein (IP) subunit of the succinate dehydrogenase complex (mitochondrial respiratory chain complex II), responsible for transferring electrons from succinate to ubiquinone (coenzyme Q). SDH also oxidizes malate to the non-canonical enol form of oxaloacetate, enol-oxaloacetate. Enol-oxaloacetate, which is a potent inhibitor of the succinate dehydrogenase activity, is further isomerized into keto-oxaloacetate.
