배경	Metalloreductase STEAP2 is a ~56 kDa protein. Integral membrane protein that functions as a NADPH-dependent ferric-chelate reductase, using NADPH from one side of the membrane to reduce a Fe(3+) chelate that is bound on the other side of the membrane. Mediates sequential transmembrane electron transfer from NADPH to FAD and onto heme, and finally to the Fe(3+) chelate. Can also reduce Cu(2+) to Cu(1+).

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human STEAP2 antibody (SAA2102). LNCAP cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human STEAP2 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HA962017, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
