Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

배경

Zinc finger and BTB domain-containing protein 48 (ZBTB48) is a ~77 kDa protein. Plays a critical role in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodeling. Acts as a regulator of telomere length. Directly binds the telomeric double-stranded 5'-TTAGGG-3' repeat. Preferentially binds to telomeres that have a low concentration of shelterin complex and acts as a regulator of telomere length by initiating telomere trimming, a process that prevents the accumulation of aberrantly long telomeres. Also acts as a transcription regulator that binds to promoter regions.
